Gateway to Leadership is a partnership of the NAACP, our nation’s oldest civil rights organization, and the Money Management Institute, representing the finest firms on Wall Street that, focuses exclusively on the financial services industry, providing internships and career opportunities for students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Gateway also offers career long guidance and support to its student participants. The training and experiences gained by the student interns will improve the economic planning and viability of their families, communities and businesses throughout the country.  Gateway offers its participating Wall Street firms ready access to carefully selected and highly motivated students eager to begin careers in the financial services industry. These firms acknowledge a need to attract a diverse group of young executives to better reflect the marketplace they serve. Gateway to Leadership provides a new generation of talent and diversity to America’s leading finance and investment management organizations.
